Singing Lesson Terms Of Payment and Cancellation

Throughout the year things crop up and sometimes sessions need to be cancelled! If you cancel a lesson with more than 24hrs notice there is NO CHARGE as I am usually able to schedule another person into your space and studio time is not lost. However, with less than 24hrs notice I cannot fill the space and as a result I lose the studio time which greatly affects my business – this is why I must respectfully ask that FULL payment is made for any session cancelled at short notice.

Vouchers and block bookings are non-refundable. Please do not pay in advance if you feel that you may not be able to continue with sessions for any reason. However, every effort will be made to accommodate changing session times to complete the paid for sessions. Block booking is discounted from standard sessions because of the clients commitment to attend future 'paid for' sessions.
